Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly crafted products
- master food and beverage preparation including following recipe changes or customized orders
- handle cash transactions accurately and adhere to store safety policies
- maintain a clean and organized workspace consistently
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
