Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Engage with customers using clear and pleasant communication
- Capable of handling multiple tasks within a shift
- Comfortable with cash handling and store safety measures
- Able to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes including customized orders
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and respond to their needs
- Maintain cash-handling accuracy and store safety
- Keep the store environment clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Learn and master new beverage recipes and product knowledge
- Uphold Starbucks operational policies and standards
