Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Be available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customized orders
- Engage customers through clear and pleasant communication to understand and respond to their needs
- Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
- Prepare food and beverages accurately following recipe changes or substitutions
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift
