Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Engage in clear and pleasant communication with customers
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes or customized instructions
- Perform various tasks across the store during shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Comfortable with cash handling and store safety procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers
Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized requests
- Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
- Engage with customers to understand and anticipate their needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Learn and apply new beverage recipes and product knowledge
