Job Requirements

Job Duties

Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted beverages
master food and beverage preparation following Starbucks standards
work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety
maintain a clean and organized workspace
learn and implement new beverage recipes and product knowledge
engage with customers to understand and fulfill their needs through clear and pleasant communication
