Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform multiple different tasks within the store during each shift

- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Job Duties
- Craft the world’s finest coffee and beverages to precise standards
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food items and customize orders according to customer preferences
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ensure store operating policies and standards are met, including cash handling and safety
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift as needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create a welcoming store atmosphere
