Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers, discovering and responding to their needs through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes including recipe changes
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
