Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage and understand customers needs through effective communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Perform various tasks within the store efficiently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Create and serve high-quality beverages and food products to customers
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs with friendliness and clear communication
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout shifts
- Handle cash and follow store safety and security policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive store environment
- Learn and apply new beverage recipes and store procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to deliver the Starbucks Experience consistently
