Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare coffee and other beverages according to Starbucks recipes and customer specifications
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs
- Handle cash and operate the register accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and workspace
- Follow store safety and security protocols
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Learn new beverage recipes and product updates regularly
