Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes or customer customizations
- Available to perform different tasks within the store each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships

- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
