Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Engage and communicate clearly with customers
- Prepare food and beverages to standards or customized orders
- Ability to perform various tasks during shifts
- Ability to learn and understand instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
- Prepare food and beverage items according to standard and customized recipes
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy
- Follow store safety and security procedures
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- Engage with customers to identify and respond to their needs
