Partners at Starbucks are afforded a flexible schedule with hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate various availability.

Additionally, Starbucks is committed to supporting its partner's well-being through an extensive benefits program. These include medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance options, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid parental leave, paid vacation and sick leave, and holiday pay. Starbucks also offers a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, stock purchase programs, emergency savings incentives, and educational benefits such as full tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University’s online program. This commitment demonstrates Starbucks’ dedication to both personal and professional development, making it a supportive employer that values its workforce.
