Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties

  • Craft high-quality coffee and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Perform various tasks within the store during each shift to support operations
  • Adhere to store operating policies including cash handling and safety protocols
  • Build positive relationships with team members and customers
  • Ensure store cleanliness and product quality at all times
