Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and food and beverage quality
- engage and understand customer needs
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
- craft beverages and prepare food items following standard and customized recipes
- handle cash transactions accurately
- maintain store safety and security
- keep workspace clean and organized
- engage and build relationships with customers
- perform various store tasks during each shift
