Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
engage with customers by providing clear and pleasant communication
prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
be available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
ability to request clarification when necessary
ability to stay calm in a fast-paced, energetic environment
