Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
Ability to meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
Engage with customers and respond to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
Ability to prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
Willingness to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Ability to keep cool and calm in a fast-paced work environment

Job Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and carry out oral and written instructions
