They emphasize personal development and encourage partners to build meaningful relationships with customers and coworkers alike.
The role of a Starbucks Partner (Barista) is essential to delivering this exceptional customer experience. The role requires flexibility to perform various tasks within the store during each shift, including cash handling, maintaining store safety and cleanliness, and assisting with inventory and merchandising. Partners engage directly with customers, learning their preferences and ensuring their needs are met through friendly and clear communication. Starbucks invests in each partner’s career journey, offering extensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; paid vacation and sick leave; and access to tuition assistance for further education. The company is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and supports partners through accommodations and initiatives that promote well-being and financial stability.
