Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- engage with customers and respond to their needs effectively
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- able to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- teamwork orientation and ability to build relationships
- customer service experience is beneficial but not required
Job Duties
- greet and engage customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- prepare beverages and food items according to standard recipes and customer specifications
- handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
- respond to customer inquiries and requests with clear and pleasant communication
- perform multiple tasks efficiently during each shift
