Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • meet store policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • engage with customers and respond to their needs effectively
  • prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • able to perform various tasks within the store during each shift

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
  • teamwork orientation and ability to build relationships
  • customer service experience is beneficial but not required
