Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Available to perform different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable with cash handling and following safety protocols
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Provide excellent customer service and engage pleasantly with customers
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adapt to a fast-paced, energetic work environment while managing multiple tasks
- Follow store policies and procedures related to food quality, safety, and customer experience
