Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage effectively with customers through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties
- Create customized coffee and beverage orders according to standard recipes or customer preferences
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance
- Perform cash handling and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during shifts
- Prepare food items following established recipes and accommodate special requests
- Adapt to various tasks within the store as needed each shift
