Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and safety
- Engage and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

Job Duties
- Create excellent customer service experiences through friendly and efficient interactions
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point of sale system accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and provide timely service during busy periods
- Adhere to all store policies including safety, security, and hygiene practices
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs, providing personalized service
