Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Engage and understand customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including adjustments
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standardized recipes or customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate point-of-sale systems
- Maintain store safety and security protocols throughout each shift
- Adapt to various store tasks during shifts including cleaning, restocking, and customer service
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers
- Build relationships by responding to customer needs and creating positive experiences
