- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize orders based on customer preferences

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift, including cash handling and ensuring store safety and security
- Meet store operating policies and standards for quality beverages and food products
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and welcoming environment
- Uphold cleanliness and organization throughout the store
