Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Engage and communicate clearly with customers
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Perform various tasks throughout each shift
- Ability to learn and understand oral and written instructions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable handling cash and managing store safety
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
