Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Ability to provide quality service and products consistently
- Ability to handle cash and adhere to store safety and security policies
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers
- Capability to perform multiple tasks during shifts
- Ability to learn and apply new beverage recipes and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work well within a team
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
