Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage effectively with customers and respond to their needs
- Prepare customized food and beverage orders
- Perform multiple tasks within the store during shifts
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to build relationships

Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages and food products following standard and customized recipes
- Handle cash and perform cash register duties accurately
- Maintain store safety and security protocols
- Engage customers through clear and pleasant communication to understand and respond to their needs
- Perform multiple tasks across the store during shifts
- Uphold store operating policies and standards
