Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage preparation and store safety
- Engage with customers effectively through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during shifts
- Ability to keep a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to cash-handling procedures and store safety guidelines

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers with a friendly attitude
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverage products according to Starbucks recipes
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy in cash handling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Respond to customer needs and customize orders as requested
