Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodation
- engage with and understand customers, responding through clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages following standard or customized recipes
- ability to perform many different tasks within the store during shifts
