Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers through clear, pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- No previous experience required

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer modifications

- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a welcoming environment
- Learn quickly to adapt to new instructions and processes
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
