Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards for quality, cash handling, safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage and understand customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare customized or standard recipes accurately
- Available to perform a variety of tasks across the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes

- Perform various tasks across the store during each shift
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently
- Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers and team members
- Support a warm and welcoming store environment
