Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodation
- engage with and understand customers, responding through clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including changes in temperature or ingredients
- be available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- customer service experience is a plus
- ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
Job Duties
