Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs
Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
Able to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Ability to understand instructions and request clarification when needed

Job Qualifications

No previous experience required
Ability to learn quickly
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to build relationships with customers and partners
Understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Job Duties

Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service
Prepare food and beverages following standard or customized recipes
Operate cash handling procedures and ensure store safety
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Engage and build relationships with customers through clear communication
Work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Adapt to various tasks within the store as required during shifts
