In this position, partners are expected to handle multiple tasks within the store during each shift, including preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customized according to customer preferences. The role also involves engaging with customers to understand and meet their needs through clear and pleasant communication. Partners are responsible for maintaining store standards, including cash handling, safety, and security.
