Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards covering quality beverages and food products, cash handling, safety, and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- engage and understand customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes
- be available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- ability to learn quickly

- ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

- no previous experience required
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation is a plus
Job Duties
- prepare beverages and food items according to Starbucks quality standards and customized customer preferences
- engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication to discover and respond to their needs
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- adhere to store policies including cash handling, safety, and security
- perform various tasks within the store as required during each shift
- contribute positively as a team member by supporting colleagues and collaborating effectively
- ensure a welcoming and clean store environment
