Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including modifications
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during shifts

Job Duties
- Prepare coffee and other beverages according to standard and customized recipes

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
