Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality control, cash handling, and safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- engage with customers effectively including clear and pleasant communication to understand and respond to their needs
- prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes including changes in temperature, ingredient quantity, or substitutions
- be available to perform various tasks within the store during shifts
