Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service through friendly and efficient interactions
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and food items according to Starbucks recipes and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Learn and stay updated on new beverage recipes and product information
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to build relationships
