Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers, including clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform various tasks within the store each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs through pleasant communication
- Maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently
- Build relationships with customers and team members
- Ensure punctuality and reliable attendance
