Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation and cash handling
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and create the Starbucks Experience
- Prepare and serve beverages and food following Starbucks recipes and customization requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and workspaces
- Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety and security
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs with friendly communication
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient store operations
- Learn and apply new beverage recipes and food preparation techniques
