Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform various store tasks during shifts
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic cash handling experience preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and responding to their needs
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
- Learn and apply new beverage recipes and store procedures
- Perform various tasks within the store to ensure smooth operations
