Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store policies and company standards for beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Ability to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in an energetic and fast-paced environment
- Open to learning new skills and recipes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to build relationships with customers and co-workers
- Comfortable handling cash and maintaining security protocols
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
