Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety standards
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare beverages and food to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform various store tasks during each shift

Job Duties
- Create espresso and coffee beverages to standard recipes
- Customize beverages to customer preferences including temperature and ingredient modifications
- Engage and communicate effectively with customers to discover and meet their needs
- Handle cash and transactions accurately
- Maintain safety and security standards within the store
- Keep a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate and work effectively as part of the store team
