The position requires flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Employees at Starbucks benefit from industry-leading benefits that go beyond basic offerings. Partners have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, paid parental leave, paid vacation and sick time, and holiday pay. Starbucks also prioritizes financial well-being with a 401(k) retirement plan, stock purchase programs, and educational support, including full tuition coverage for a bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University’s online program. The company’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion ensures a supportive work environment where all qualified applicants receive equal consideration regardless of race, gender, age, disability, or other protected characteristics.
