Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- meet store operating policies and standards
- possess ability to engage with customers and respond to their needs
- capable of preparing food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- willing to perform diverse tasks during shifts

- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly crafted beverages
- engage with and understand customers to meet their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- handle cash and ensure store safety and security
- work collaboratively as part of a team to support store operations
- stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced, energetic environment
