Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
Engage and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
Prepare food and beverages to recipe standards including customized orders
Available to perform various tasks within the store during shifts

Ability to learn quickly

Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Job Duties

Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
Handle cash and maintain store safety and security
Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
Adapt to various tasks and work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
