Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to provide quality beverages and food products according to store standards
- Capable of performing multiple tasks within a shift
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide pleasant customer interactions
- Comfortable handling cash and maintaining store safety
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and master beverage preparation skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages according to Starbucks recipes
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and responding to their needs
- Handle cash transactions and operate store equipment accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Ensure compliance with safety and security policies
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations
- Learn and apply new beverage and food preparation techniques
