Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Comply with store operating policies and standards including beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform different tasks within the store during each shift
