Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety
- ability to engage and understand customer needs
- ability to prepare food and beverages according to recipes
- available to perform multiple store tasks during each shift
- ability to maintain a calm and energetic demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent service
- prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- engage with customers to discover and respond to needs
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- handle cash and store safety responsibilities
- work collaboratively as part of the store team
- adapt to flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
