Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Ability to prepare food and beverages to recipes and make customizations
- Comfortable handling cash and store safety responsibilities
- Strong ability to engage with customers pleasantly
- Capable of performing various tasks during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and create welcoming Starbucks Experience
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals
- Learn and apply new beverage recipes and store procedures
