Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards
Engage with customers and respond to their needs
Prepare beverages to standard and customized recipes
Perform various store tasks during shifts
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience helpful but not required
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Basic math skills for cash handling
Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Job Duties

Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
Prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
Handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Ensure store safety and security adherence
Collaborate effectively with team members
Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers
